Visitor Information

We meet on an active military installation ran by the California National Guard and as such there are certain things you should know if this is your first time on the Los Alamitos Joint Forces Training Base and Army Airfield.

The main gate is on Lexington Drive, and as a driver you will need the following items in your possession in order to come on post:

• valid driver's license (and CAP ID if you have it)

• current automobile registration

• up-to-date proof of insurance

Cell phone use while driving is strictly prohibited.

Use caution for personnel and equipment movements on any roadway at any time and obey all instructions given by road guards assigned to those formations/movements.
